Titanius' Bio

Titanius is a former champion of the Dark Kingdom. He left the Dark Kingdom long before the final battle and the fall of the Moon Kingdom and became a freelance bounty hunter. Now, he roams the universe, searching for a bounty that will pay him well.

Titanius returns to the Dark Kingdom after Queen Beryl places a price on Tuxedo Inferno (Russell Hino/Hino Kyodai). He offers to not only rid the Dark Kingdom of Tuxedo Inferno, but, for that high price, also the Sailor Scouts. He often works alongside the Dark Kingdom Generals in planning attacks and actually draining energy from the people of Tokyo. He usually prefers to work alone on most of his missions, although he worked alongside Tuxedo Inferno after Queen Beryl had brainwashed the unfortunate hero.

As a former champion of the Dark Kingdom, Titanius is an excellent strategist and very resourceful. Most of his plans include infiltration and working undercover. He has worked as a janitor at Crossroads Junior High in the Prologue to "Wildfire", an arcade worker in Chapter 2 of "Wildfire", and even a roller coaster operator in Chapter 3 of "Wildfire". He often plans his attacks well in advance and even uses various electronic devices to help him carry out his plans. When he actually attacks, he often acts as the leader of soldiers or youma, mostly for energy draining. Rarely, however, has he directly attacked Tuxedo Inferno or the Sailor Scouts. His attacks are more intended to lure the Scouts to his trap rather than going to them.

Titanius can be quite harsh and very unsympathetic, even though he tries to hide it while working undercover. One of his biggest flaws is the fact that he doesn't always carry out his own strategy, often changing his plans in the middle of the mission. His improvisation skills often make up for this apparent lack of going according to plan. His strengths, however, are his resourcefulness and his determination to accomplish the goal to claim his bounty.

In the Russell Hino Epic, Titanius is Tuxedo Inferno's archenemy in the 1st season. His losses to the Scouts, especially to Tuxedo Inferno, the bounty on Tuxedo Inferno, and even Tuxedo Inferno turning his back on the Dark Kingdom in Chapter 3 of "Wildfire" further intensify this rivalry. Titanius today, even in my 1st season fanfics, remains a formidable opponent.

Blaster

Though he only had this in Five-Alarm Fire, Titanius's blaster is his favorite weapon. It is really not much but a futuristic looking rifle. Yet, it is a powerful weapon, firing a highly intensified beam of green light, able to send an unfortunate Sailor Scout flying great distances.

Sword

Titanius has his own sword which he normally uses in hand-to-hand combat. It has a multi-pronged cross-guard and a normal-length wavy blade. This crooked weapon proves to be quite useful to Titanius in the use of his Dark Kingdom powers after he had lost his favorite blaster.

Chain

Titanius has a chain, which he fires from his wrist. This is a multi-purpose weapon which he can use for anything from attacking, to grabbing things. This particular item reflects Titanius' true resourceful nature.

Dark Energy

Titanius' most common form of attack. In numerous forms and power levels, he launches dark purple energy at his opponents. He can engulf his hands in dark energy and use it to enhance his physical attacks. He can launch it in a wave to attack multiple opponents. He can fire it in a powerful straight or swirling beam against one opponent. He can also form various sizes of energy balls, which is his most common form of energy attack.

Lightning

He has done and does use lightning against his opponents. He fires a dark purple bolt of lightning against either one or multiple opponents. He rather like this attack, even though he doesn't use it much. He often uses this against Sailor Jupiter as competition to see who can wield lightning better.

Electrocution

This is one of his other electric attacks. This particular attack has a different purpose. He'll thrust his hand at his opponent and send electricity running through his opponent's body. He normally uses this against an opponent whom he has already weakened in conjunction with draining energy. This attack further weakens the opponent in order for Titanius to drain their energy.

Fire

Rarely does he use this, but Titanius also utilizes fire as an attack. He can throw balls of fire of various sizes at his opponent or engulf an area in flames. He uses this attack for various purposes, though it's one of his rarer attacks.

Force Field

Titanius can erect a force field around him to protect himself from physical attacks and even some energy attacks, like fire, lightning, water, etc.

Blaster Attacks

Titanius loves his blaster, it's his favorite weapon, and he can utilize a few attacks with it. The most common setting on his blaster is the beam, which is quite powerful. Another setting is a spread blast, kind of like that of a shotgun. It's the weaker setting in that it doesn't send his opponent flying with the same amount of force, but it's useful in attacking multiple opponents.

Chain Attacks

As resourceful as Titanius is, he can utilize his chain to perform various tasks as well as implement numerous attacks. He can grab objects and pull them towards him, even his opponents. He also uses it to entangle his opponents and either bind them, pull them towards him, or attack them. He can send a pulse of electricity through the chain to give them a nasty shock. He can also use it to drain a person's energy.
